Believe it or not I am still alive!

The state of fandom is: bad. Personally, I mean. And by that I mean my motivation is pretty non-existant. Most of my art doesn't make it past the sketch stage and it's really difficult for me to finish writing projects. I have several in the oven, so to speak, but they've been sitting in the oven for a while. I did write a little bit on my novel, so that's a good sign. I hope I'll be able to finish the second draft by the end of December, and start editing next year. As for we need to talk, I need to get my bearings again and then write/edit the next couple chapters; I have a few just for fun FFXIV fics on the way, too. 

Art is...harder. technically, I've been drawing a lot. We've been working on system portraits and commissions, and the commission will, in theory, be a fully finished piece. Personal art though...I just lose my motivation. It sucks, because there's stuff I do want to draw. It's just hard to get motivated to do it.

Anyway, I want to start Fanfic Friday prompts again, just to get back onto the horse more consistently. So look out for a post tomorrow, and feel free to leave your prompts then!
